1. Design of End Sleeves

Standard Barbell sleeves extend from both ends of the frame, compatible with Olympic-standard weight plates (50mm inner hole). Weight can be flexibly added according to training needs. Additionally, the sleeves are chrome-plated on the surface for rust resistance, reducing wear and tear during the loading and unloading of weight plates.

2. Weight-Balanced Structure

The center of gravity of the hexagonal frame aligns with the trainer’s standing center of gravity. After adding weight, there will be no "forward or backward offset" unlike straight-bar barbells. Even beginners can easily maintain body stability, reducing the risk of lower back compensation caused by center-of-gravity imbalance.
